Sirolo, inhabited since the prehistory and anciently a medieval castle, is nowadays considered as a famous centre for tourism especially during the summer thanks to the riviera del Conero over the sea. The village still preserves the walls and a huge tower. The two theatres are really famous: the Cortesi theatre and the particular open air theatre Alle Cave, built in a stone cave of Conero where numerous shows are performed during the summer period.
